Rail verifies the operator, creator, channel, campaign eligibility, delivery evidence, attributed results, funding, and payout. Each claim keeps its own source.

Operators pay a fee on approved creator payouts at a rate agreed per operator. Creators join free and receive the full amount on the brief. Players pay nothing. A full refund has no Rail transaction fee.

The operator funds the creator payout before the brief is listed. Rail releases the full agreed amount when the result is approved under the accepted terms.

Rail stops the campaign, match, approval, or payout at the failed rule. It records the input, rule, time, and decision in the same campaign record.

Rail starts in one approved launch jurisdiction. A campaign can run only where the operator holds the required licence and every audience, disclosure, link, and eligibility rule clears.
